03. WE SET-UP A CLOSING
Once we have received your payment, signed Purchase Agreement and how you choose to take title, we will contact Escrow to complete the sale.
We'll contact you once payment has been received and a purchase agreement with payment instructions for the balance due to purchase the property.
Our properties are priced low, so Closing Costs are the Buyer's responsibility. Because we pre-paid for a binder policy, the cost will be less expensive and we will close faster.
Escrow will provide you with a Buyer Closing Statement and
  • Will prepare the New Deed conveying the property to you as you have specified.

  • Will RECORD it with the appropriate County Recorder's Office. Proof of the recordation will be sent to you via email.

After you get our email with proof of recordation, feel free to call the County Recorder (Don’t worry, we’ll give you that info too!) to confirm the recordation.
